Everything we make leaves one Birmingham workshop and is fitted by the people who made it. So the map is honest: three rings of travel, each with its own promise, and a straight answer about yours before anyone commits.
We would rather tell you how far we really go than pretend distance does not exist. The vans leave Stirchley, so the closer the room, the lighter the logistics. Farther out, the scope has to justify the journey, and you hear which side of that line you are on at the first conversation.

The same survey, the same workshop and the same fitters everywhere. What changes with distance is the diary, and the honesty starts with saying so.
Home ground
You are on our doorstep. We are in Birmingham, so surveys and fitting are straightforward, and we can usually get to you within the week.
We are there regularly
We work across London and the Home Counties often. Survey and fitting are handled exactly the same way. Our own team travels down.
By arrangement
We take on Manchester and North West projects selectively, usually where the scope justifies the travel. Tell us about the room and we will be straight with you.
Somewhere else entirely? That is outside where we normally work, but we do travel for the right project. Send it over and we will give you an honest answer either way. Tell us about the room

No two patches build alike. Each page below covers its own: the houses it is full of, the rooms we make for them, and what a project there actually looks like.
Distance changes the diary,
never the standard.
One booked visit, wherever the postcode. Every wall, floor and ceiling measured, the brief agreed, and a real range before we leave.
Everything is built, sprayed, wired and checked in the Birmingham workshop, so the fitting visit contains no surprises and no waiting on deliveries.
Our own fitters, one planned visit, consecutive days where the distance calls for it. The room is finished, scribed and swept before the van points home.
I ordered some handles for my wardrobe from here and noticed a small part was missing on opening. I emailed them about this and their customer service was brilliant. Alex the Operations Manager handled my query and dealt with this…
