Rooz by the end of your first visit. He founded the studio and he runs it: your three questions land with him, not in a queue. He surveys the room himself, then designs and engineers everything that goes into it, from the architecture of the layout to the last hinge. The render you sign off is his work.

She is why it feels personal. If the studio’s work found you before you found the studio, that was her. And once your room is underway, she is the one making sure you are looked after. When you phone, you are not a ticket number. You are the room with the window seat.

Rooz reads it and replies personally, within one working day. With a straight view of what your room could be, or a straight no if we are not right for it.
Rooz surveys the room, designs it and puts real samples in your hands, in your own light. You change your mind as often as you like before anything is cut.
The workshop team builds your room on our own floor in Birmingham, and Alex keeps the schedule honest. Mona makes sure you always know where your room is.
Sajad and Meysam arrive with furniture their own team built and drawings they have already studied, then scribe it to your walls until the joins disappear.
